Become a New Patient

Join us on this holistic journey…

Welcome to the Holistic Harmony Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. To ensure your experience is relaxing and produces optimal results, we want to take the time to explain a few preliminary office procedures.

  • Free Consultation:If you are not sure acupuncture is a good fit for you or want to find out how can acupuncture and Chinese herbs help you, we offer a free 15-minute informal chat over the phone or in the clinic.
  • We will email you new patient intake form by client portal, please fill out and sign new patient intake forms before your appointment.
  • Each patient is required to sign an original Arbitration and Consent to Treatment form at the time of your appointment. These forms are required by our malpractice insurance carrier.
  • Parking: there is free on-street or Paoli village shoppes visitor parking available.
  • Treatment time: we ask that you allow adequate time for an effective treatment. Please allow yourself 1 ½ hours for the first visit, and 1 hour for each subsequent treatment.
  • Please wear loose comfortable clothing to the appointment. (In most cases, the practitioner can administer the treatment by shifting your clothing or asking you to remove some articles.)
  • We recommend a small healthy snack approximately 1 hour before your treatment. Skipping meals before your treatment may cause you to feel dizzy or light-headed. Following your treatment, you are advised to drink  temperature or warm water. Please try to avoid eating or drinking anything that will stain your tongue, such as coffee, cranberry juice or candy for at least an hour before arrival, because tongue color is an important part of the diagnosis.
  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Please help us to keep our rates affordable by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before cancelling or rescheduling your session. If you must cancel last minute, we expect you to pay the full cost of your session. (Our policy is lenient in cases of illness, family emergencies and unsafe weather.)

All current prices are listed at the online booking. We do not bill or participate in any insurance plans. Check with your health plan regarding out-of-network coverage for acupuncture, as we can provide documentation for reimbursement. We accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards. Payment is expected at the time of your visit.
